What is a Healthy 100 Church?

A Healthy 100 Church is one dedicated to providing a Health Ministry Team to equip and motivate their congregation and community to experience whole person health by developing a culture of healthy living in body, mind and spirit.



What is the Healthy 100 Movement?

Healthy 100 was created by Florida Hospital to educate and motivate people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. It follows eight proven principles that guide people to live healthier and longer lives through partnerships with schools, government, churches, businesses and other organizations.

Is this targeted towards a specific church group or denomination?

Healthy 100 Churches is open to all churches and faith groups interested in creating Health Ministry Teams within their community and encouraging principles of Whole Person Health. Healthy 100 Churches will focus on being healthy in mind, body and spirit from a biblical world view.

What is the Healthy 100 Church Association?

The Healthy 100 Church Association is designed to serve you and your church in developing and sustaining a vibrant health ministry. This association provides a wide variety of resources, everything from discounts to turn-key health ministry tools. Plus, as a member, you and your church will be connected to other Health 100 Churches to share ideas, events, and prayer requests.
